Please allow up to 2 weeks for production of prints and shipping. 8x10, 8.5x11, and 11x14” prints are shipped flat in a rigid envelope. Prints are typically shipped via USPS.
Before confirming your order, make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. You will have to pay additional shipping charges if the shipment is delivered to an incorrect address as a result of you providing an incorrect shipping address.
Your signature will be required upon delivery of original paintings priced at $200 and up. I will e-mail the expected delivery date and time once your shipping label is processed.
If you receive a print that is damaged during shipping, I can either send you a replacement print or provide you with a refund. Please e-mail a photo of the damaged package and print to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number within 5 days of receiving the damaged package.
RETURNING DAMAGED ORIGINALS:
Please notify me of damage due to shipping within three (3) days of receiving the damaged artwork. Take pictures of the damaged artwork as well as packaging and e-mail to email@example.com. Please save the original packing to help with filing an insurance claim. I will follow up with you to discuss the next steps, and process your refund.
RETURNING UNDAMAGED ORIGINALS:
Should you have a change of heart about an original piece or decide it doesn’t fit within your space, you have five (5) days to notify me via e-mail that you would like to return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. It is required that you, the buyer, ship the artwork within three (3) days after confirming that you will be returning the artwork. Shipping charges must be paid by you, the buyer, to return the original artwork. Upon processing the shipment, please e-mail the tracking number and expected delivery date to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is required that you notify me of your intent to return the original artwork within 5 days and ship the artwork back to me in its original, undamaged condition within 3 days of your notice, or you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO PROPERLY RETURN AN UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
Within five (5) days of receiving the artwork, e-mail email@example.com to notify me of your reason for wanting to return the piece.
Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you have already discarded the material, you are responsible for purchasing packaging materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, packing tape, sturdy box) to return the artwork safely.
PROPER PACKING RECOMMENDATIONS:
1) Bubble wrap the piece with bubbles facing the artwork. Wrap the piece with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap on all 6 sides. ie. for using small bubble wrap, wrap the piece with 8 layers of bubble wrap. if using large bubble wrap, wrap the piece with 4 layers of bubble wrap. Secure the bubble wrap with painter’s/masking tape. Place packing paper at the bottom of the box and on the top the bubble wrapped piece to fill in any void space. Tape all seams of the box on the bottom and top with clear packing tape. DO NOT use duct tape, painter’s/masking tape, or scotch tape due to these tapes do not properly secure boxes that are to be shipped.
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number, carrier, and expected delivery date. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipment.
Your refund will be processed once the artwork arrives safely and in its original condition.
