Krystle Ceasar is a visual artist from the Galveston, Texas area. She has loved drawing since childhood. When asked by her first grade teacher what she would like to be when she grew up, Krystle proudly replied, “ I want to be an artist!”
Krystle’s passion for expressing herself creatively led to her pursuing an art degree. She began her art education at College of The Mainland, in which she learned core art and design principles. While at College of The Mainland, she discovered an interest in traditional and digital photography. She later transferred to the University of Houston-Clear Lake’s Applied Design and Visual Arts program, in which she majored in Graphic Design. Her natural curiosity and love for learning different methods of creative expression led her to work in various mediums.
In 2014, Krystle received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. She has used her studies in graphic design and photography to offer freelance portrait photography and design services. Krystle continues to offer portrait photography services because she has a fascination with making portraits, and desires to have creative freedom in her work. However, her primary medium is acrylic painting.
As an artist, she hopes to deliver messages of empowerment through her work. She wants her viewers to realize that the same magic that is of the Universe is also within them. She paints portraits of Goddesses with mystical symbolism inspired by her studies of numerology, alchemy and other occult sciences.
Krystle views her art practice as an integral part of her spiritual journey to becoming her best self. She learns both spiritual and artistic lessons through the creation of each painting.
